Complimentary Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Complimentary GCC delivery on orders over AED 500. A delivery fee of AED 75 applies to GCC orders below AED 500.

International delivery is available to selected destinations at a flat AED 120.

GCC delivery: 2-4 business days.
International delivery: 3-10 business days, depending on destination.

Please note:

• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
• International delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance procedures.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

During launches, limited releases, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Every piece is inspected by hand before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.

If you would like to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, provided it is:

• Unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Returned with all original packaging, dust bags, and tags

To initiate a return, please contact info@julietcouture.com, and we will guide you through the process.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is arranged by the customer. If an item arrives defective or does not match its
description, we cover return shipping and will replace the item or issue a full refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item to the original payment method.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized products
• Made-to-order pieces
• Items marked Final Sale
• Products showing signs of wear or damage

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs. We will review and resolve the matter promptly.
